Neetiveda – Strict Return Policy

• Returns or replacements are accepted only within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.

• Applicable only for wrong or physically damaged products.

• A full, continuous unboxing video is mandatory.

  • Video must show the sealed package and complete opening without any cuts.

• No unboxing video = No return / No replacement.

• Product must be unused and in original packaging.

• Requests after 48 hours will be rejected.

• No returns for change of mind, personal preference, or customer ordering errors.

• Approval of return/replacement is solely at Neetiveda’s discretion.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
